Return Policy
Masina Diamonds Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Rings and Sizing Restrictions
- If a ring has been resized from the original size may be eligible for a refund with a 20% restocking fee, subject to inspection and the general conditions above.
- Rings resized more than 2 sizes from the original size are only eligible for exchange, not for a cash or card refund.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before resizing or purchasing.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will review the issue and work to repair, replace, or exchange the item as appropriate.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
- Custom or bespoke pieces (including custom-designed engagement rings and special orders)
- Personalized or engraved items
- Items that have been resized, altered, or modified more than 2 sizes
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Some of these items may still be eligible for exchange on a case‑by‑case basis. Please contact us with questions about your specific piece.
5. Exchanges
- For eligible items, you may request an exchange within 30 days.
- Rings resized more than 2 sizes are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
- Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back and arranging the new size or item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
All return shipping and insurance responsibilities are the responsibility of the client. An insured shipping label can be provided for a small additional fee if requested.
