Masina Diamonds provides a 3 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchased within the U.S., covering manufacturing issues such as loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, and soft chain damage. Please note that resizing services are not included in this warranty.
For rings, we offer a complimentary first resizing, though shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Certain styles, like bangles and eternity rings, cannot be resized, and some rings may not be resized more than one size up or down.
We also offer free returns within 30 days to ensure your satisfaction, though exclusions may apply.

Once your piece is ready, we will send you an email with tracking details. Every Masina Diamonds order is shipped fully insured, and orders valued at $1,000 or more will require a signature upon delivery. Due to the high value of these shipments, we are unable to waive this requirement. Additionally, the purchaser is responsible for any fees incurred if the package is returned to us after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
